Our Return Policy

If your item is defective:
All of our products are guaranteed against breakage for 90 days. Upon return of the defective item, we will gladly send a replacement or exchange, issue you a gift card or provide a full refund for the price of the product.

Toys and Novelties
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product within 90 days of purchase you may return it for a full refund (minus the cost of shipping and handling, returned items are subject to a 15% sanitary disposal fee). Please return the items in their original packaging within 90 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will only receive store credit.

Erotic Attire
Most items may be exchanged or returned within 30 days from the date order is shipped. The merchandise must be in brand new condition, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. We cannot accept returns of soiled or worn items, nor prepackaged items that have been torn open. Please note, for health reasons, we do not exchange nor accept returns on panties or items that cover the crotch, so please select these items with care. Costumes and holiday items, such as Christmas or Valentine’s Day lingerie are non-returnable unless defective.

Lotions, Lubes, Condoms & Supplements
Due to the nature of these items, they are all non returnable. Should you have a damaged or unsealed item, please contact our customer service department for assistance.Returning Audio Visual Items
Due to the ease of duplication, all A/V items are returnable only if the seal is unbroken. You may return unopened items for up to 90 days after purchase. In exchange, you will receive either a store credit in the amount of the purchase (minus the cost of shipping and handling) or a replacement item of the same value. We only accept opened items for return if they are broken or defective, in which case we will send you another copy of the same item at our cost. Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality products and maintaining attentive customer service.

Please note that pre-authorization is required for all returns and exchanges. For a Return Authorization (RA) number, please call us toll-free at (866) 446-9172, from 9am-8:30pm EST. Shipping charges will only be refunded in cases where our error caused the return or the item is defective.
